Coatings Offered

Ceramic Composite Coatings

SERIES 100
For Non-Ferrous Alloys of Aluminum & Magnesium

Our Series 100 coatings are designed to impart surface hardness (up to 65Rc) and possess excellent resistance to wear and corrosion.  These coatings also afford improved dielectric properties, and are further reinforced via the introduction of low-friction, high release, fluoropolymers for added lubricity and non-stick surface properties.

Electroless Nickel Plating Coatings

SERIES 200
For Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals

Our Series 200 coatings are formulated to provide superior resistance to friction, galling, abrasion, and wear. These coatings are designed to dramatically increase the surface hardness of your tooling (45Rc up to 80Rc) as well as afford a surface finish that possesses permanent lubricity, strong release properties, and exceptionally low surface energies (low friction).

Fluoropolymer Coatings

SERIES 300
For Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals, & Glass

Endura®'s Series 300 coatings are engineered to provide unrivaled release (non-stick), corrosion/chemical resistivity, and low friction surface properties. Depending on your application requirements these coatings can also be formulated to provide a multitude of ancillary benefits of which include but are not limited to: high dielectric strength, increased conductivity, hydrophobic & hydrophilic surface properties.

Solid/Dry Film Lubricant Coatings

SERIES 400
For Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals

Series 400 coatings are engineered to serve as robust alternatives to traditional lubricants and anti-seizing agents, such as oils. These coatings create a protective, permanent dry lubricated surface and do an excellent job mitigating wear, galling, and corrosion, even in applications that have high operating temperatures.

PVD / CVD Coatings

SERIES 600
PVD & CVD Coatings For Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals

Our Series 600 coatings enhanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) & CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) coatings are ultra-hard (up to 4,000 Vickers), thin film coatings, engineered to provide resistance to extreme wear and abrasion environments. These coatings may also provide corrosion protection, enhanced surface lubricity and dry lubrication. Endura®'s Series 600 coatings are extremely uniform and conformal, ideal for parts/applications that possess complex surface geometries.

Thermal Spray Coatings

SERIES 900
For Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals

Our thermal spray coatings are designed to provide superior resistance to wear and abrasion in combination with enhanced release properties. Endura®'s Series 900 coatings consist of proprietary composites that utilize the most advanced material reinforcements available in thermal spray technology today. Coatings achieve metallurgical or mechanical bond strength for surface synergies not previously attainable in release, lubrication, low friction, hardness, wear, heat transfer and other properties.

Polymer Infused Composite Diamond Coatings

SERIES 1000
For Most Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals

Our Series 1000 coatings are created via a patented, synergistic coating process that combines the time controlled diffusion of sub-micron, ultra-hard diamond particulates into a conformal electroless nickel matrix. These vacuum-impregnated matrices are then further enhanced with the infusion of high-release, self-lubricating fluoropolymers. The end result is a coating that possesses a highly advanced, wear-harden finish with remarkably low surface energy.

Composite Diamond Coatings (CDC)

SERIES 1100
For Most Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals

Our Endura® 1100 Series coatings are engineered via a patented plating process that combines the dispersion of diamond particulates into a hardened electroless nickel matrix. The end result is an extremely conformal, uniform coating that possesses all the physical properties of diamond at a fraction of the cost. Our 1100 Series coatings afford exceptional wear resistance, unrivaled surface hardness, and provide excellent heat transfer properties. Depending on your application needs we offer a variety of particle sizes, nano-composites are available for lower precision build requirements while higher growths are also achievable (up to 0.010 inch) to survive the most aggressive wear environments.
