Series 900 Coating Description
Series 900 Coatings represent the most advanced thermal spray materials and processes available today.  Based on new ‘fusion-bonded’ technology, cohesive and adhesive strength are unrivaled, based on a proprietary thermal transfer process.

Heat generation at the work surface is negligible, which minimizes risk of dimensional or geometric distortion.  Resistance to wear and corrosion are outstanding.  Extreme heat stability or accelerated heat transfer is also available.

Finish grinding services available upon request.

Specific coatings offer ‘zero friction’ with the most aggressive structural adhesives on the market today. And because of their composite nature, you are assured sustainable performance.
