Select Infused Matrix Series

Series 1000 Coating Description

Series 1000 (M1) 'Infused Matrix’ coatings are next-generation, patented systems for diamond and polymer integration.  Newly created surfaces include an alloying matrix that bonds to metal surfaces and replicates all geometries, without distortion.

For today’s most demanding applications, Series 1000 (M1) coatings are true composite coatings.  Unlike traditional hardening treatments or wear-resistant finishes, surfaces offer high release (non stick), low friction, dry lubrication, protection from corrosion or abrasion, impact strength, and enhanced heat transfer.
