Will your technical staff be familiar with our application?
The chances are very good. Since 1970, Endura® Coatings has provided coating solutions to some of the most difficult applications and processing problems from critical components on the Hubble Telescope to the coating of waffle grids. Our robust product offerings span a wide breadth of industries.
Will the coating stay on?
Yes. Our Infused Matrix coatings are engineered to provide permanent performance and will become an integral part of the base metal surface. Our Advanced Surface coatings are designed to provide cost-effective solutions in the most demanding applications.
What is the typical thickness of the coating?
The coating thickness will vary within each coating series, although, most coatings are applied between .0007" and .0012". We can apply coatings as thin as .0002" or as heavy as .100", depending on the specific coating or application requirement.
Can an Endura® coating be removed?
Yes. We have developed proprietary processes for removing our coatings.
What is your normal time factor for submitting quotations and processing coating orders?
Formal quotations are generally submitted the same day or the next day. Normal standard coating delivery is 5 to 7 working days, however, faster processing is available.
