Series 200 "Infused Matrix" coatings are multi-step processes which consist of plating a nickel alloy matrix onto the metal surface.

The newly deposited nickel structure is extremely porous and is sealed with the timed, controlled infusion of sub-micron sized particles of high temperature, low friction fluoropolymers or other proprietary lubricating particles.

Our "Infused Matrix" coatings are different from traditional surface coatings because they become an integral part of the base metal, and will not chip, crack, flake or peel.

Endura® provides an entire family of Series 200 proprietary coatings, each engineered to provide specific performance benefits and proven solutions in today's most demanding applications.
