Hardness Coatings
Series 100
For Aluminum Magnesium, and their Alloys

Hardness Coating Description

Hardness coatings are immersion-based 'spark deposition’ processes to form ceramic. Under an applied electronic waveform, the parent metal (your work piece) combines with elements in an electrolyte to form ceramic and other beneficial compounds. The coatings are highly uniform and produce little dimensional change, with excellent resistance to wear or corrosion.

Need something more? Look to Endura® 'Infused Matrix' coatings. Our 'next-generation' surface-integrative technologies create higher release, lower friction, harder surfaces more wear-resistant, corrosion-protective than other anodic coatings today.
