Series 100 "Infused Matrix" coatings are multi-step processes which consist of converting the aluminum surface to an aluminum oxide by means of an electro-chemical process.

In the conversion process, the aluminum crystals expand and form a porous ceramic matrix which is then sealed with the timed, controlled infusion of sub-micron sized particles of high temperature, low friction fluoropolymers or other lubricating particles.

Our "Infused Matrix" coatings are different from traditional surface coatings because they become an integral part of the base metal, and will not chip, crack, flake or peel.

Endura® provides an entire family of Series 100 proprietary coatings, each engineered to provide specific performance benefits and proven solutions in today's most demanding applications.
